If you are going for an interview, it would be best to dress in a suit and tire, well-trimmed hair and look professional. For startups, they may have a relaxed dress code, so do some research to determine the best dressing. If you are going for a date, ensure your dressing reflects the event you are going to.


Put your phone away

Talking to someone, whether the first time or not, equals rudeness. It shows you don’t care about what is currently happening and you are not fully committed or interested in what is happening.
